BLTGCA: bacon, lettuce, tomato, goat cheese, avocado
Spicing up a BLT is fairly easy. Do they need spicing up? Not always, but it's fun to add different ingredients to test it out. I mean, how can you go wrong? It's bacon-based.
I added goat cheese (not flavored, but that may be good too) and avocado to a traditional BLT on sourdough. The beer pairing was Hop Nosh IPA from Uinta Brewing in Salt Lake City, UT.
